Courtney Kramer Joins Veterans For America First as Election Integrity Ambassador .

Courtney is a practiced attorney that represents clients working tirelessly to protect the integrity of our elections. Currently, Courtney is an attorney with the Binnall Law Group based in D.C. and is opening the firm’s Georgia-based office for political and election law, in addition to joining their defamation practice group. In November 2020, Courtney was one of ten people on President Trump’s official legal team in Georgia for his election lawsuit. She contributed to the writing and passage of the Election Integrity Act of 2021 (SB202) and represented a variety of 501(c)(4) and (c)(3) organizations involved in election integrity efforts following the 2020 election. Most recently, she served as Executive Director for True the Vote, overseeing the administration and strategic planning of important investigations into illegal ballot harvesting operations nationwide.

Courtney was born and raised in Atlanta. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia College and State University in 2015 with a B.A. in Political Science. She later obtained her J.D. from Emory Law where she won the Restoring Religious Freedom Project Annual Award. During her time at Emory Law School, Courtney worked in the Office of White House Counsel under President Trump. This is the highest public service office in the Executive Branch. Upon returning to Georgia for her last year of law school, she clerked for the American Center for Law and Justice where she worked to protect our First Amendment rights and constitutional freedoms.

Courtney is the General Counsel for the Georgia Young Republicans, member of the Federalist Society and National Rifle Association, a member of the Chairman’s Circle for both the Georgia and Fulton County Republican Parties, and an Advisory Council Member for the Republican National Lawyers Association. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and is also admitted to practice law in the Georgia Court of Appeals and Federal Court in the Northern District of GA.

James Magazine has named her one of the Most Influential Attorneys of 2021 and 2022 while being the youngest attorney to ever receive the award in years past. Courtney stands at the forefront of fighting for conservative values and zealously advocating for America First clients.
