On April 2nd. 2023 at the Freedom Fellowship church in Virginia Beach. AZ2 Amber Collis reenlisted into the United States Navy for the last time before she retires. She is the wife of Virginia VFAF national organization President Patrick Collis. The Vice President of the Virginia chapter Preston Hocker, stands with them to honor the reenlistment of Petty Officer Second ClassAmber Collis
Admiral Charles R. Kubic speaks at her reenlistment. Adm. Kubic spoke of the sacrifice that sailors make, especially with being a mother and a wife having those responsibilities at home, and still maintaining her courage and commitment to serving God and her country.
Senior Chief Brandon Folse administered the oath of enlistment to my wife. Her division officer Lt. Baas from her command a Search & Rescue SEACOMBAT Squadron HSC-28 at Naval Station Norfolk Virginia stands in as the officiating officer.
Senior Pastor Rick Hocker prays for the continued strength for her service and asks God to bless her and to keep her safe!
